Tequitra Gray is a lifelong resident of Central Louisiana and was reared in the nearby community of Bayou Rapides. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University at Alexandria. Throughout her career, she has workedin a variety of positions at various agencies in this area, fromlaw offices to mental/behavioral health and therapeutic foster care. She has a love of volunteerism, which she shares with herten-year old daughter, who is her inspiration to improve our community. She has been a member of the Junior League of Alexandria for the past several years. She is excited that her work at United Way of Central Louisiana will help to bridge the gap between resources and the people of our community. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, and traveling with her family.
